  • How can I receive my e-invoices on Finom?

    You can receive e-invoices on Finom thanks to our SDI code KGVVJ2H. Make sure to share the SDI code with your clients and suppliers and to save it on your fiscal drawer.

  • Can I send digital invoices?

    Yes! With Finom you can send regular invoices via email to all of your clients. Sending digital invoices is always free and there is no limit to the number of digital invoices that you can send on the Solo plan.

  • Can I send E-invoices?

    Finom is a certified e-invoicing provider, recognized by the Agenzia delle Entrate. With our service, you can create and send e-invoices that will be transmitted first to the SDI, and then to the Agenzia delle Entrate.

  • Can I register with more than one company?

    Yes! Finom has a multi-company option that allows you to connect as many companies as you like to your Finom account . Each company will need to have a separate subscription.

  • Do we have a mobile app?

    Yes! Finom has a very cool mobile app available for iOS and Android. To download it on your device you will need to search "Finom Business".Alternatively, simply follow one of these links: If you have an Android device click here, if you have an iOS device click here. Finom app is compatible with Android 6.0 and up, and iOS 11.0 and up.

  • Can I use PEC to sign up?

    No, you won't need to use PEC to sign up for Finom. You can use your regular email.

  • What can I do with the Solo plan (free)?

    With the Solo plan, you can send for one free electronic invoice submission per month. The month is calculated starting from the date you sign up for Finom.

  • How much does it cost?

    Finom has two types of plans. Solo Plan: a free forever plan which allows you to send one e-invoice per month. Start Plan: allows you to send an unlimited number of invoices, available for a monthly subscription of 6,99€+ VAT, or an annual subscription for a one off payment of 59,88€ + VAT.

  • Do I have a local IBAN?

    Yes! When opening an account with Finom you will receive an Italian IBAN thanks to our collaboration with Solaris SE.

  • Who are Finom's investors?

  • What licence does Finom use?

    In order to guarantee high standards of service, security and efficiency, Finom chose its licences very carefully. Finom is entering the market in France with the support of Treezor, while in Germany, Finom can rely on Solaris SE. Both of these companies are certified and approved by BaFin and ACPR for providing banking solutions.

  • Is my data safe with Finom?

    Finom protects your data and guarantees the highest level of security:

    • Finom does not have access to your online banking credentials, and they are double encypted (access security is also ensured via the use of a one-time password that is mandatory for every access attempt).
    • All data transfers are encrypted end-to-end via TLS encrypted channels. Moreover, Finom is GDPR compliant, meaning that you can disconnect your account at anytime and revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data whenever you want. We won't store your data against your will or without your explicit consent.
