Free 3-months Subscription of VAT Filing with Norman

PROMO TERMS:

This advertising offer (“Promo”) is subject to these Promo Terms, Finom TERMS & CONDITIONS, and Norman Terms and Conditions.

This Promo is only available to an eligible Participant in the Promo Period in Germany who agrees to be bound to all the aforementioned terms and conditions and meets all the eligibility criteria stated herein.

Eligible Subscriptions: a combination of two subscriptions purchased by the Participant according to the Promo Conditions made of 1) Eligible Payment Services subscription with Finom, and 2) Free 3-months Subscription of VAT Filing with Norman.

Eligible Payment Services: Finom payment services available to eligible Participants under the Finom TERMS & CONDITIONS under the Eligible Subscription.

Finom: a private company with limited liability (besloten vennootschap met beperkte aansprakelijkheid) established and operating under the laws of the Netherlands, having its corporate seat in the municipality of Amsterdam and its official address at Jachthavenweg 109 H, 1081 KM Amsterdam, the Netherlands and registered with the Trade Register of the Chambers of Commerce under number 74178784.

Norman: a Delaware C Corporation established and operating under the laws of the Delaware, United States, with official address at 600 N Broad Street, Suite 5 #3812, Middletown, Delaware, United States, 19709 and registered with the File Number of the Secretary of State under number 7570626.

Free 3-months Subscription of VAT Filing with Norman: 3 months of free subscription for VAT tax filing (Umsatzsteuer Voranmeldung) under the Norman Terms and Conditions offered in a period from May 15, 2024, to May 27, 2024, 23:59 CET, via an activation link provided by Finom to the Participant. 

Participant: is either a freelancer (Freiberufler) or a tradesman (Gewerbetreibender), who completes the following:

• Enrolls and pays for all the Eligible Subscriptions in two exact steps completed during the Promo Period:

FIRST STEP to 1) enroll into the Eligible Payment Services subscription and open a payment business account with Finom, and

SECOND STEP to 2) register for the Free 3-months Subscription of VAT Filing with Norman using the link provided by Finom; and

• Agrees and acts in accordance with these Promo Terms, Finom Terms and Conditions, and Norman Terms and Conditions;  and
• Meets all the Promo Conditions stated herein.

Promo: Free 3-months Subscription of VAT Filing with Norman equal to a maximum value of EUR 69,00 excluding VAT per each eligible Participant.

Promo Conditions:

1. Not available to anyone residing/registered outside Germany;
2. Only available to the Participant in the Promo Period;
3. The Promo is available to a maximum number of 200 Participants;
4. This Promo is offered entirely at the sole discretion of Finom and Norman and can be revoked or changed at any time;
5. The Participant must enroll into the Eligible Subscriptions in the steps described above;
6. The Participant must use the Finom link when enrolling into the Free 3-months Subscription of VAT Filing with Norman;
7. At the moment of receipt of the Promo, the Participant must have the Eligible Subscriptions in force;
8. If the Participant manipulates the Promo, submits fake evidence of its registration and existence as the company, or breaches in any way these Promo Terms, or Finom Terms and Conditions, or Norman Terms and Conditions, this Promo is automatically annulled;
9. Participation in this Promo does not guarantee accounting and provision of the Payment Services. Any Participant may be declined the Payment Services or Free 3-months Subscription of VAT Filing with Norman in accordance with applicable terms regardless of the Promo;
10. This Promo cannot be combined with any other Promo or Rewards;
11. Any benefits of this Promo are not retroactively applicable to any subscriptions enrolled prior to the Promo Period;
12. All eligibility actions of the Participant must be made and completed in the Promo Period;
13. Offerings of this Promo are only available to the Participant and cannot be shared or transferred to any other person;
14. Finom shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by a Participant as a result of acts, advises, representations, or omissions by Norman.
15. The Participant ceases to be “Participant” immediately upon termination of the Eligible Subscription or Free 3-months Subscription of VAT Filing with Norman. Thus, the benefits of this Promo become annulled and not subject to reimbursement in any form;
16. THIS PROMO BECOMES AUTOMATICALLY NULL AND VOID TO PARTICIPANTS who act unlawfully or breach these Promo Terms or Finom TERMS & CONDITIONS  or Norman Terms and Conditions;
17. Regardless of whether words are capitalized or not in these Promo Terms, the Finom TERMS & CONDITIONS, including the Finom Reward Rules, apply to all the meanings and regulate the relations of the user and Finom.
18. The Promo Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
