Afer a not so good experience, finom.co came with a other solution. I must wait on a new customer from USA. But they are trying to help to solve my problem. They tried every time to help me. In the beginning whit a chatbot. That didn’t give any right awnser. Later i had personal contact. This works s lot better. I hot a lot houd information that can send by WhatsApp to my costumer. I have send it to 1 in Australia. She told me her bank was accepting the iban and information. She will try to do the payment endvof this month or in December, because her dog can’t fly before January. Hope everything goes well this time, because she us a big client. I lost some from the USA already. Finom offerd me some compensation for thst. My tnx for all the time they put in to this to keep helping to solve my problems

I had a really hard time opening a business bank account for our company, which operates as a French branch (succursale) of a different country. Most fintech banks couldn't open our account and many didn't support the SEPA business(which I needed most for tax officials and AMAZON), while opening an account with a traditional French bank was taking forever. They required so many documents, including financial statements and other paperwork. What I especially needed was a bank account that supports SEPA B2B Direct Debits, and many fintech banks don't offer this feature. But Finom does! The whole process took just 2–3 days, and it was surprisingly smooth and straightforward. I still need to use the account and see how everything works in practice, but so far, Finom has been a lifesaver! Thank you, Finom!
