I've had a very positive experience with Finom so far. The interface is intuitive, the bookkeeping features save me a lot of time, and the overall platform makes managing my business finances much easier on a daily basis. One area that could be improved is the MCC fees, as they can add up over time. On the other hand, the cashback program is a nice benefit and helps offset some of those costs. I'd also love to see Finom offer a proper credit line or other financing options for small entrepreneurs, credit that makes positive impact. Access to flexible funding would make it easier for businesses in the early stages to grow. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and would recommend it to other small business owners looking for a modern and easy-to-use business banking solution. Thanks a lot for your services.

  • Will I still get cashback from my existing free Finom cards?

    Yes. Your current free card’s benefits stay the same – they are simply boosted with 1% cashback on all payments made with Finom Prime cards.

  • Does Prime come with both physical and virtual cards?

    Yes, Prime comes with both physical and virtual cards. You can choose to order a physical card or a virtual card, or both.

  • What happens if I spend more than € 20 000 in foreign currency?

    If you’re above the headroom of € 20 000/month, the standard FX fees relevant for your Finom subscription plan apply.

  • Is the Prime price additional to the Finom subscription cost?

  • Why would I pay for Prime when I already have a card?

    Because free cards have limits. With Prime, 1% cashback, capped at , and 0% FX fees for up to € 20 000K/month alone can pay back the € 14,99/month fee many times over

  • Is this just another premium card with bells and whistles?

    Not at all. Prime is about function, not flash. It’s a step up when your business outgrows basics but isn’t ready to deal with prestige pricing.

  • What’s included in the software subscription cashback?

    When you pay with your Finom Prime card, you’ll get 100% cashback (up to €25) on your first month of any of these AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Lovable, Cursor, Copilot, and Replit. If your first month costs €25 or less, you get it fully refunded; if it costs more, you get €25 back. The cashback applies automatically when you use your Finom Prime card at checkout – no extra steps needed. We’ll keep expanding the list of eligible services.

  • What if I don’t travel often?

    That’s fine – Prime’s main payback is in cashback and FX savings. The lounge passes and eSIMs are just a valuable bonus for when you need them.

  • Is this the final version of Prime?

  • How fast will I get my physical Prime card?

    Express delivery across the EU is included free of charge, allowing you to receive your card in up to 2 working days. Meanwhile, you can add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay and start using it – its details are available immediately after issuance.

  • Can I cancel Prime anytime?

    Of course. You stay in control – cancel your subscription whenever you like. It will be suspended after the billing period ends, no hidden lock-ins.
