PROMO TERMS — CASHBACK (BASIC/SMART/CORE/PRO/GROW)

This advertising offer is limited as stated in these Promo Terms and only available to the Eligible Customer with an Eligible Subscription using Eligible Payment Services in the Promo Period. If the Eligible Subscription is or the Eligible Payment Services are terminated for any reason before the expiry of the Promo Period, all the Promo Rewards become annulled and are not subject to reimbursement in any form. This Promo is not guaranteed. This Promo is offered entirely at the sole discretion of Finom and can be revoked or changed at any time. TERMS & CONDITIONS and Finom Rewards under TERMS & CONDITIONS apply. Regardless of whether words are capitalized or not in these Promo Terms, the TERMS & CONDITIONS apply to all the meanings, such as the “Subscription”, “Payment Services”, and others, and regulate the relations of the User and Finom. These Promo Terms always apply and override conflicting provisions between the Promo Terms and the TERMS & CONDITIONS.

II.- Promo Period

For existing Eligible Customers on Basic or Smart as of September 17, 2026: cashback on the Standard Card ended on September 17, 2026, 23:59 CET, and is not renewed or extended. Cashback on the Prime Card for these customers is unaffected and continues without interruption.

For Solo, Core, Pro, and Grow: the Promo Period continues without interruption or change, from June 22, 2023 until further notice, subject to Finom’s right to amend or terminate this Promo at any time as set out below.

For New Customers opening a Basic or Smart account on or after September 17, 2026: see Section V below for the applicable 3-month introductory terms.

III.- Promo Rewards — Core, Pro and Grow (unchanged, ongoing)

An Eligible Customer with an Eligible Subscription using Eligible Payment Services in the Promo Period will receive cashback on all payments made using its Finom Business payment card to pay for goods or services, as follows. These rates are unchanged by this Promo update and continue on an ongoing basis.

Metal Card cashback, available as a card upgrade option, earns 1.2% cashback with no monthly limit, in every country covered by this Promo. Metal Card cashback is unaffected by this Promo and continues unchanged.

IV- Promo Rewards — Existing Basic and Smart Customers (as of 17 September  2026)

For existing Eligible Customers on the “Basic” or “Smart” plan, cashback on the Standard Card is removed as of September 17, 2026, upon the expiry of the Promo Period applicable to those plans. No cashback accrues on payments made using the Standard Card under the Basic or Smart plans on or after that date. Cashback on the Prime Card for these customers is unaffected and continues at the rate stated in Section III above.

Any cashback accrued on the Standard Card prior to September 17, 2026 remains subject to the “Promo Rewards expiration and Validity Term” provisions in Section VII below and is not affected by this removal.

V.- Promo Rewards — New Customers

For an Eligible Customer that first opens a Finom Business Account and subscribes to a Basic or Smart plan on or after September 17, 2026 (a “New Customer”), cashback on the Standard Card is available only for the first three (3) calendar months following the date the Finom Business Account is successfully opened, at the same rate as offered today, as follows. This three-month introductory cashback period is a new mechanic that did not exist prior to this Promo update.

From the fourth calendar month following account opening onward, cashback on that New Customer’s Standard Card (Basic or Smart) is disabled. This limitation does not apply to the Prime Card, or to Solo, Core, Pro, or Grow plans.

VI.- Promo transferability

Offerings of this Promo are only available to the Eligible Customer and cannot be shared or transferred to any other person.

VII.- Promo Rewards expiration and Validity Term

If an Eligible Customer receives cashback under this Promo, the Eligible Customer shall use up the accrued cashback by transferring it to the Main Wallet of its Finom Business Account within 6 (six) months from the moment of accrual of such cashback, irrespective of when the cashback was accrued (“Validity Term”). If the Eligible Customer does not use up the accrued cashback by transferring it to its Main Wallet within the Validity Term, the accrued cashback may expire. The accrued cashback may also expire if the Eligible Subscription, the Eligible Payment Services, or the Finom Business Account of the Eligible Customer are terminated for any reason. Finom reserves the right to change the Validity Term and expiration rules at its discretion.

For the avoidance of doubt, removal of Standard Card cashback under Section IV above does not itself annul cashback already accrued prior to September 17, 2026; such accrued cashback remains subject to the Validity Term stated in this section.

VIII.- Relationship with FINOM PAYMENTS Services Agreements

The Finom Business payment card (VISA Debit), in each of its Standard, Prime, and Metal forms, is issued and governed by FINOM PAYMENTS B.V. under the FINOM PAYMENTS Services Agreement (“FPSA”) and its Debit Card Terms (Annex III to the FPSA). The FPSA and the Debit Card Terms are separate from, and in addition to, these Promo Terms, the Rewards Rules, and the TERMS & CONDITIONS, and continue to govern the issuance, use, blocking, and termination of the Finom Business payment card. Nothing in these Promo Terms amends, replaces, or otherwise affects the FPSA or the Debit Card Terms.
