Promo for the companies in the process of formation 2025

1. General Overview

These Rules (“Rules and Regulations”) constitute a contract between the Service Provider (PNL Fintech BV, the company registered at Jachthavenweg 109 H, 1081 KM Amsterdam, the Netherlands) and the User defined in the TERMS & CONDITIONS. For the purposes of the Rules and Regulations defined herein, the Service Provider will be referred to as “Finom” and the User as the “Participant” unless stated otherwise herein.

2. Eligibility

  • The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or older residing in Germany.
  • To participate, individuals must have initiated the business registration process in Germany but not completed it with Finom before January 22, 2025.
  • The promotion is valid for the following legal entities: UG i.G., GmbH iG, and AG iG.

3. Promotional Period

The Campaign begins on January 22, 2025, and ends on February 21, 2025 (the “Promotional Period”). Accounts opened outside of this period will not be eligible for the Promotion.

4. Entry method

To enter the Promotion, participants must open a Finom Business Account during the Promotional Period, representing a company that has not yet finalized the business registration process.

By opening a Finom Business Account as a company that has initiated but not finalized the business registration process, Participants are automatically entered into the Promotion. No separate entry is required.

5. Promotional Rewards

Participants who meet the eligibility criteria and complete the steps outlined above will receive the following Promotional Rewards. Upon registration, Participants will receive a separate email to the address provided at registration listing all Rewards.

  • Company formation guidance: Step-by-step assistance to finalize the company registration process.
  • Visa rewards: 

A promotional package for a variety of services and tools. These Rewards are supervised by Visa. 

  • Services and tools providers involved in the Promotion: Expensify; iStock by Getty Images; Hertz; Zendesk; Supportwave; Shopify by Seventh Triangle; HubSpot; Signeasy; Upwork; WIRED; SignNow.
  • 3-month access at no additional costs: free access to either Start or Premium plan for 3 months (starting from the moment of the account activation)
  • Accounting and invoicing benefits from Finom’s partners:
    • Services and tools providers involved in the Promotion: sevdesk; GetMyInvoices; Zoho; Wix; Lexware.

6. Conditions for Rewards

  • Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
  • Finom reserves the right to modify or substitute any benefits of Promotional Rewards at its discretion.
  • In case of a plan change, Finom reserves the right to withdraw the subscription offer.

7. Verification of Eligibility

  • Participants may be required to provide proof of eligibility, including but not limited to documentation verifying their identity, business registration, and compliance with Campaign terms.
  • Failure to provide requested documentation may result in disqualification.

9. General Conditions

Finom is entitled upon its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant or deny any Participant or its referrals participation in the Rewards or to use benefits of the Rewards.

The Participant (acting on behalf of himself, all its employees, representatives, companies and businesses) releases Finom, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising, and promotions agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost, or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Rewards and/or the use of any Rewards benefits.

The Participant agrees not to violate any of these Giveaway Rules and Regulations and to always provide true and correct information for the purposes of the Rewards. The Participant also agrees to not use the Rewards to:

  • violate the intellectual property rights of Finom;
  • violate any law;
  • manipulate enrolment, distribution and collection of Rewards by creation or facilitation of fake accounts; submitting untrue information, including, but not limited to, using false identities or names or untrue contact information and acting dishonestly or deceiving in any other way;
  • spam or otherwise create bulk distributions of referrals and personal links that are inappropriate;
  • collect or attempt to collect personal data about users or potential referrals;
  • transmit files that contain bots, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other file that could contaminate or otherwise destroy Finom intellectual property or stop the function of the Finom services;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Rewards, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Rewards;
  • engage in illegal or unsportsmanlike activities;
  • engage in behavior that annoys or harasses others;
  • engage in actions that disparage or malign or call into question the reputation of Finom;
  • resell, barter, trade, auction or otherwise generate income by providing access to the Rewards to others.

By participating in the giveaway, Participants agree to be bound by these General Conditions.
