  • How long does it take to register a company?

    The timeline depends on the type of business you’re launching. Freelancers typically receive approval within 24 hours of submitting their request to the Tax Agency. However, registering a sole proprietorship or company may take up to two weeks, depending on the Chamber of Commerce and the availability of a notary
  • What documents are needed for registration?

    Required documents vary based on the legal form and type of business you’re setting up. For a VAT registration as a freelancer or libero professionista, we only need your ID. If you’re starting an e-commerce or artisanal business, an SCIA is required. Don’t worry – we’ll guide you through the preparation of all necessary documents to ensure your business idea becomes reality.
  • Is notary assistance included in the price?

    Notary fees are excluded from the service offered by our partner Tax Coach. You will be accompanied step by step in the preparation of documents and in coordination with the activities of the Notary, and if you do not know one we will help you find one. The price of the deed however will be agreed and paid directly to the Notary.
