Free business registration for new companies (Finom and LegalPlace)

PROMO TERMS:

This advertising offer (“Promo”) is subject to these Promo Terms, and Finom’s TERMS & CONDITIONS, including Terms & Conditions: TREEZOR-PNL FINTECH-France and the Reward Rules.

This Promo is only available to an eligible Participant in the Promo Period in France who agrees to these Promo Terms and meets eligibility criteria as stated herein.

Free Business Registration: Finom will offset the registration fee of UP TO EUR 75 on behalf of an eligible Participant who incorporates a company in the forms of Société par actions simplifiée (SAS), or Société par Actions Simplifiée Unipersonnelle (SASU), or Société à Responsabilité Limitée (SARL), or Entreprise Unipersonnelle à Responsabilité Limitée (EURL), or UP TO EUR 50 on behalf of an eligible Participant who incorporates as Entrepreneur Individuel à Responsabilité Limitée (EIRL). 

This Promo is unavailable to freelancers and the self-employed who are not EIRL, a legal entity, or a company (SAS/SASU/SARL/EURL legal forms)

Details: If the Participant chooses to deposit capital with Finom (not required for EIRL) when incorporating a company (SAS/SASU/SARL/EURL legal forms) or if the Participant chooses to open a business account with Finom when incorporating an EIRL via LEGALPLACE SAS, the registration fees up to EUR 75 or up to EUR 50 will be settled by Finom. For this, LEGALPLACE SAS will advance the registration fees on behalf of the Participant subject to the Capital Deposit with Finom (except for EIRL, which is not required to make the Capital Deposit in order to receive the Promo). If the Capital Deposit is not completed successfully, the Participant shall reimburse LEGALPLACE SAS (except for EIRL) If successful, Finom shall reimburse LEGALPLACE SAS for registration fees paid on behalf of the Participant to a limit of up to EUR 75 per Participant, which is a company (SAS/SASU/SARL/EURL legal forms), or up to EUR 50 to an EIRL. The actual amount of the promotion fees may never exceed EUR 75 and may be less than EUR 75 or less than EUR 50 because they are determined by an actual fee for registration, paid on behalf of the Participant, exclusive of any administrative fees.

Eligible Subscription: any annual Finom subscription plan purchased together with the Capital Deposit (except for EIRL, which does not need to buy Capital Deposit) services during the Promo Period in accordance with the Finom TERMS & CONDITIONS. Eligible Subscription is subject to change or termination as stated in the TERMS & CONDITIONS.

Eligible Payment Services: Finom payment services are available to eligible Participants under the Finom TERMS & CONDITIONS under the Eligible Subscription.

Finom: PNL Fintech B.V., the company registered at Jachthavenweg 109 H, 1081 KM Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Participant: All the eligibility conditions below must be met by a Finom User in order to qualify for and be the “Participant”:

  • incorporate a new business in France through the FINOM partner LEGALPLACE SAS;
  • complete the Capital Deposit with Finom (except for EIRL, who are not required to do the Capital Deposit);
  • complete the business account with Finom (for EIRL);
  • all the above-listed steps should be completed during the Promo Period;
  • agree and act in accordance with these Promo Terms and Finom Terms and Conditions, including Reward Rules.

Promo: Free Business Registration with a limit of up to EUR 75 per each eligible Participant which is a legal entity, company (SAS/SASU/SARL/EURL legal forms) or up to EUR 50 when eligible Participant is an EIRL.

as defined herein and Promo Conditions:

  1. Not available to anyone residing/registered outside France.
  2. Only available to newly registered companies who used eligible incorporation services of the FINOM partner LegalPlace.
  3. This Promo is offered entirely at the sole discretion of Finom and can be revoked or changed at any time.
  4. This Promo is only available for the Eligible Participants completing a Capital Deposit with Finom when such is a legal entity in SAS/SASU/SARL/EURL legal forms or when it is an EIRL and enrolls into the Eligible Subscription with Finom.
  5. If the Participant manipulates the Promo, submits fake evidence of its registration and existence as the company, or breaches in any way these Promo Terms and Finom Terms and Conditions, including Reward Rules, this Promo is automatically annulled.
  6. Participation in this Promo does not guarantee registration and provision of the Payment Services. Any Participant may be declined the Payment Services in accordance with Finom TERMS & CONDITIONS regardless of the Promo.
  7. This Promo cannot be combined with any other Promo or Rewards.
  8. Any benefits of this Promo are not retroactively applicable to any subscriptions enrolled prior to the Promo Period.
  9. All eligibility actions of the Participant must be made and completed in the Promo Period.
  10. This Promo can be changed at any time per the internal policies 
  11. The Participant ceases to be “Participant” immediately upon termination of the Eligible Subscription or the Eligible Payment Services. Thus, the benefits of this Promo become annulled and not subject to reimbursement in any form.
  12. THIS PROMO BECOMES AUTOMATICALLY NULL AND VOID TO PARTICIPANTS who act unlawfully or breach these Promo Terms or Finom TERMS & CONDITIONS.
  13. Regardless of whether words are capitalized or not in these Promo Terms, the Finom TERMS & CONDITIONS, including the Finom Reward Rules, apply to all the meanings and regulate the relations of the User and Finom.

Promo Period: from February 1, 2024, to August 31, 2024, 23:59 CET.

Promo transferability: Offerings of this Promo are only available to the Participant and cannot be shared or transferred to any other person.

Successful completion of the Capital Deposit with Finom: obtaining the Capital Deposit certificate after the Capital Deposit completion through Finom in the name of the Participant in accordance with the Finom TERMS & CONDITIONS in the Promo Period and when such is applicable to the type of the legal entity, i.e. EIRL are not required to make the Capital Deposit.

Successful completion of the Business Account with Finom: opening the business account through Finom in the name of the Participant in accordance with the Finom TERMS & CONDITIONS in the Promo Period by the EIRL legal entity.
