These Rules (“Rules and Regulations”) constitute a contract between the Service Provider, (PNL Fintech BV, the company registered at Jachthavenweg 109 H, 1081 KM Amsterdam, the Netherlands) and the User defined in the TERMS & CONDITIONS. For the purposes of the Rules and Regulations defined herein, the Service Provider will be referred to as “Finom” and the User as the “Participant” unless stated otherwise. The following Rules and Regulations apply to the promotional campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) organized by Finom.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to business accounts registered by individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Participation is available for new Finom clients (Legal entity that doesn't have a Finom business account) who are residents of the following countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and Spain. To participate, clients must review these Rules and Regulations. Employees of Finom are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

Promotion period

The Promotion will run from 00:00 CET on 19th November 2024 to 00:00 CET on 5th December 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion period”).

To be eligible for the lifetime plan offer, accounts must be opened during the promotional period, and payments must be made after the trial period.

Promotion details

During the Promotion Period, clients who purchase either the Start Plan or the Premium Plan and pay the annual fee in full will be eligible to receive that plan for a lifetime at no additional cost.

The prices for the eligible plans are as follows:

France, Italy

  • Start Plan: €168 per year (excluding VAT).
  • Premium Plan: €408 per year (excluding VAT).

Germany

  • Start Plan: €84 per year (excluding VAT).
  • Premium Plan: €288 per year (excluding VAT).

The Netherlands, Belgium, Spain

  • Start Plan: €168 per year (excluding VAT).
  • Premium Plan: €336 per year (excluding VAT).

 

To participate in the Promotion:

  1. Clients must create a new Finom account via the Finom platform (website or mobile app).
  2. Participants must select either the Start Plan or the Premium Plan during the checkout process.
  3. To qualify for the lifetime access offer, accounts must be opened during the promotional period, and payments must be made after the trial period.
  4. Payments must be successfully completed through one of the accepted payment methods provided on the Finom platform.
  5. Access to the free plan is maintained as long as the Participant remains a Finom customer. If the Participant closes their account and later decides to reopen it, they will lose lifetime access to the free plan.

Once the payment is processed, the participant will automatically be enrolled in the Promotion and receive lifetime access to the chosen plan. 

Conditions of access

Lifetime access means that clients will have access to the purchased plan’s features for as long as Finom continues to offer the respective plan as part of its services. 

Finom reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Start and Premium plans. In the event of discontinuation or significant changes to the plan, Finom will offer a suitable alternative.

Lifetime access is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.

Payment and VAT

All payments must be made in full during the Promotion period to qualify for the offer. Prices listed exclude applicable VAT, which will be added at checkout according to the participant's country of residence.

Refund policy

Once the payment is made and lifetime access is granted, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted for the plan purchased under this Promotion. In the event of fraudulent or suspicious activity, Finom reserves the right to cancel any participation in this Promotion and revoke the lifetime access without notice.

Liability

Finom reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Promotion in case of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
