Olympic Games Paris 2024

These Rules (“Giveaway Rules and Regulations”) constitute a contract between the Service Provider, (PNL Fintech BV, the company registered at Jachthavenweg 109 H, 1081 KM Amsterdam, the Netherlands) and the User defined in the TERMS & CONDITIONS. For the purposes of the Giveaway Rules and Regulations and the Giveaway, defined herein the Service Provider will be referred to as “Finom” and the User as the “Participant” unless stated otherwise herein.

Giveaway Rules and Regulations

Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Participation is available for Finom customers with Visa cards only. Accounts must be opened via Finom Payments licenses in Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Spain only. To participate in the reward, participants must review these Giveaway Rules and Regulations.

Entry Method

There are two categories of Participants

  • “All Users” are new Visa Finom card users who got a Visa Finom Business card between 29.05.2024 and 07.07.2024. Their Visa Finom card must be active throughout the entire giveaway period.
  • “Active Users” are existing Visa Finom card users with an active Visa Finom Business card who spent €1000 or more with their Visa Finom cards between 29.05.2024 and 07.07.2024.

By joining Finom as a new customer and/or completing €1000 in transactions, Participants are automatically entered into the giveaway. No separate entry is required.

Entry Period

The giveaway begins on 29.05.2024 and ends on 07.07.2024. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be accepted.

Rewards, group 1

  • 1st Prize: One (1) ticket for the Olympic Games Paris 2024: 2 nights; July 27–29, 2024, Artistic Gymnastics and Beach Volleyball
  • 2nd Prize: One (1) ticket for the Olympic Games Paris 2024: 1 night; July 27–28, 2024, Beach Volleyball
  • 3rd Prize: Upgrade for your Visa Finom Business Card (1 year for free, up to 5 users, up to 3% cashback, and more).

Rewards, group 2

  • 4rd Prize: One (1) ticket for the Olympic Games Paris 2024, France: 2 nights; August 8–10, 2024, Basketball and Breaking
  • 5th Prize: One (1) ticket for the Olympic Games Paris 2024: 1 night; August 8–9, 2024; Basketball
  • 6th Prize: Upgrade for your Visa Finom Business Card (1 year for free, up to 5 users, up to 3% cashback, and more).

Each ticket includes a stay at a 3 / 4* hotel in Paris, France. All prizes are provided by Visa.

Winner Selection

The giveaway consists of two separate draws, each offering a total of four tickets to the Olympic Games Paris 2024. Two tickets will be allocated for winners from the "All Users" category. Another two tickets will be allocated for winners from the "Active Users" category. 

Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the entry period using a random selection method. 

The draw will be conducted on 10.07.2024. The draw process will be presented via Instagram Stories on the @finom.co Instagram account. Finom encourages participants to join in for updates and to ensure transparency.

The winners will be announced on the official Instagram page (@finom.co) and contacted via email, push notifications, phone call, or any other means of communication.

If one Participant has won in both “All Users” and “Active Users” categories, only the first prize will be awarded. For the second prize, an additional draw will be conducted to find a new winner.

Verification

Winners will be required to provide proof of eligibility, including age, upon request. Failure to provide such documentation may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Claiming Prizes

Winners must respond to the winner notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Reward Conditions

Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Any additional costs or expenses associated with the reward, including but not limited to travel expenses to Paris, France, and meals, will be the sole responsibility of the winners. The accommodation will be provided by Visa in the form of pre-paid rooms in a 3 / 4* hotel.

Publicity

By entering the giveaway, Participants grant Finom the right to use their name, likeness, and comments for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

General Conditions

Finom is entitled upon its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant or deny any Participant or its referrals a participation in the Rewards or to use benefits of the Rewards.

The Participant (acting on behalf of himself, all its employees, representatives, companies and businesses) releases Finom, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising, and promotions agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost, or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Rewards and/or the use of any Rewards benefits.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Finom and not to Instagram.

The Participant agrees to not violate any of these Giveaway Rules and Regulations and to always provide true and correct information for the purposes of the Rewards. The Participant also agrees to not use the Rewards to:

  • violate the intellectual property rights of Finom;
  • violate any law;
  • manipulate enrolment, distribution and collection of Rewards by creation or facilitation of fake accounts, submitting untrue information, including, but not limited to, by using false identities or names or untrue contact information and acting dishonest or deceiving in any other way;
  • spam or otherwise create bulk distributions of referrals personal links that is inappropriate;
  • collect or attempting to collect personal data about users or potential referrals;
  • transmit files that contain bots, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other file that could contaminate or otherwise destroy Finom intellectual property or stop the function of the Finom services;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Rewards, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Rewards;
  • engage in illegal or unsportsmanlike activities;
  • engage in behavior that annoys or harasses others;
  • engage in actions that disparage or malign or call into question the reputation of Finom;
  • resell, barter, trade, auction or otherwise generate income by providing access to the Rewards to others.

By participating in the giveaway, Participants agree to be bound by these general conditions.
