Increased cashback of 1% on “Solo” & 3% on “Start”

PROMO TERMS:

This advertising offer is limited as stated in these Promo Terms and only available to the Eligible Customer with Eligible Subscription using Eligible Payment Services in the Promo Period. If the Eligible Subscription or the Eligible Payment Services is terminated for any reason before the expiry of the Promo Period all the Promo Rewards become annulled and not subject to reimbursement in any form. This Promo is not guaranteed. This Promo is offered entirely at the sole discretion of Finom and can be revoked or changed at any time. TERMS & CONDITIONS and Finom Rewards under TERMS & CONDITIONS apply. Regardless of whether words are capitalized or not in these Promo Terms the TERMS & CONDITIONS apply to all the meanings, such as the “Subscription”, “Payment Services”, and others, and regulate the relations of the User and Finom. These Promo Terms always apply and override conflicting provisions between the Promo Terms and the TERMS & CONDITIONS.

Eligible Customer:

Finom User acting in a professional, business capacity, whose business is registered in the Netherlands, Belgium, or Spain with Eligible Subscription using Eligible Payment Services in a Promo Period. An Eligible Customer ceases to be “Eligible” immediately upon termination of the Eligible Subscription or the Eligible Payment Services.

Eligible Subscription: subscription plan “Solo” or “Start” in form and compositions as it is offered during the Promo Period and in accordance with the TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligible Payment Services: Finom payment services provided under the TERMS & CONDITIONS as available in the Promo Period under the Eligible Subscription except for payment services involving money transfers to another banking account/payment card or ATM withdrawals.

Promo Period: from 22 June 2023 to 31 October 2023, 23:59 CET

Promo Rewards: Eligible Customer with Eligible Subscription using Eligible Payment Services in the Promo Period will receive temporarily increased cashback on all the payments made by the Eligible Customer when using its Finom Business payment card (VISA Debit) to pay for goods or services as follows:

• “Solo”: 1% cashback up to a maximum total Promo Reward of up to € 10 per month per one payment account
• “Start”: 3% cashback up to a maximum total Promo Reward of up to € 20 per month per one payment account

NB: Money transfers to another banking account or payment card and ATM withdrawals will not incur cashback.

Promo transferability: Offerings of this Promo are only available to the Eligible Customer and cannot be shared or transferred to any other person.
