We're happy to share that Tijana Kovacevic has joined Finom as Chief People Officer.

She brings 18 years of HR leadership experience from high-growth tech companies including Wise, Coca-Cola HBC, Qatar Airways, and most recently as VP People at refurbed. Her experience building people operations at scale makes her well-suited to lead our talent strategy as we grow across Europe.

Growing at pace

Tijana joins Finom as the company continues expanding rapidly. We now have over 500 employees across multiple European markets and serve more than 125,000 businesses in Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, and Italy.

Following our recent €92.3 million growth investment from General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund and the €115 million Series C funding round led by AVP, we're focused on scaling our team to support ambitious growth plans while maintaining our company culture.

Tijana's track record of building people-centered organizations at scale makes her the ideal leader to guide our people strategy during this pivotal phase. As we expand our customer base and grow our team, her expertise will be instrumental in attracting the best talent to drive our mission forward.

What’s next

Tijana joins other talented leaders that came on board recently, including Alessandro Camilotti, Rob Allen and Kristjan Kaar. Together, this strengthened leadership team will support our northstar goal of reaching one million customers by the end of 2026.
